Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Confirm the identity of clients and complete financial transactions.

  • Provide information or research.

  • Marketing purposes including social media.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Data is stored and obtained through automated means using third parties, such as mailchimp, stripe, WIX, airbnb,, google, channel managers and identity confirmation systems to complete transactions for clients and for marketing purposes.

We are not using people’s data in ways they would find intrusive or which could cause them harm, unless we have a very good reason and are confident that the individual’s interest do not override those legitimate interests.  If we process children’s data, we take extra care to make sure we protect their interests.  We have considered safeguards to reduce the impact where possible.  We consider whether we can offer an opt-out.
